Season 12
As two residents of the cul-de-sac confront mortality, the others living in Knots Landing continue to plot and scheme--and face surprising reversals of fortune.

Jason moves in with his new foster family; Anne and Nick scheme to double their investment; Linda plays cat and mouse to impress Sumner; Frank searches for Ms. Right.

Mack faces disbarment after helping Jason; Anne and Nick discover that money doesn't buy happiness; Steve lands a job at the Sumner group---as Paige's assistant; and Paige gets the surprise of her life.

Greg offers Claudia a job in hopes of keeping her in town, while Steve finds out who orchestrated his family's business failure.
23. Where There's a Will, There's a Way
Claudia settles into her new job, promptly appointing a new board member; Frank gets a job offer; Paige has had about all she can take of her job---and of Linda; Val gets a welcome home from the twins.
24. The Last One Out
A rehearsal dinner for Val and Gary seems jinxed when some of the guests are stranded in an office-building fire; Linda spouts off to Karen; hostilities melt between Paige and Steve.
25. A Horse is a Horse
Linda takes Sumner up on his invitation; Paige's spirits soar at the sight of handsome architect Brian Johnston; Claudia takes steps to get Anne out of her hair; Jason wears out his welcome at the Williamses.
26. Play, Pause, Search (1)
Paige is captured on videotape by Brian, and Linda means to see that she pays for her dalliance.
27. Dead Skunk (2)
Jason and Julie are threatened by gang members; Anne's cries for help fall on deaf ears.
