Chef Aarón visits Peruvian restaurant Qusqo to select an appetiser; stand-up comedian Jesús Trejo joins him at Mexican restaurant Birria Los Socios to choose an entrée; the flavours from these two cultures come together for a memorable menu.
2. Los Angeles - Adriana Fonseca
Chef Aarón visits two restaurants where he tries the best tacos in town at LAX Tacos and avant-garde Mexican cuisine at Pocha LA; along with telenovela star Adriana Fonseca, he tests his skills as a soap opera actor and eats a satisfying meal.
3. Houston - Wes Avila
Chef Aarón meets up with an old friend in Houston, restaurateur Chef Wes Avila; he visits Las Mamalonas Burgers, a famous Mexican burger joint, and Barcenas Restaurant, a Tex-Mex restaurant; they eat their menu next to a space shuttle.

Miami awaits Chef Aarón with a menu full of Latin flavours; he meets with singer and actress Amara La Negra to create a menu with dishes from two notable Miami restaurants: Dr. Limon and Tiesto Café.
6. Miami - Zabdiel de Jesús
Chef Aarón tours Miami to visit a Colombian and a Venezuelan restaurant; South American food is the order of the day with dishes from Los Verdes and Central Park; Puerto Rican solo artist Zabdiel de Jesús puts his touch to the street food party.
7. New York - Cyn Santana
Chef Aarón goes to New York to discover La Cueva Fonda, a cosy Mexican restaurant; along with artist Cyn Santana, he travels to Port Chester to meet with renowned Chef Rafael Palomino and enjoy Latin flavours at Sonora Latin Fusion restaurant.
8. New York - Justin Quiles
Chef Aarón discovers the best kept secret of Dominican cuisine: El Valle Típico; together with musician Justin Quiles, they visit Michelin Bib Gourmands-recognized Claudy's Peruvian restaurant and build a Latin menu in the Bronx full of flavour.
